Local Area Network Project Proposal: Helping Hand NGO Office.

INTRODUCTION

In this project we are proposing a NGO office with a development of the local area network

requirements of Helping hand. Helping hand now established to monitor the supporting office in

nallur area office. Here the Helping Ngo needed to check the sub office to check the balances and

maintain the good service provider to their services and they know now their activities in every

week or day to day because so many people are suffering from some problem so they need to know

it. Since they don’t have server.

Finally Helping hand NGO office requesting our team to implemented this network system. We

initially visit helping hand main office in kokuvil and we found a kokuvil office have server

computer and other they server type operating system and good hard disk condition and other

network requirements. We make a new plan to build the network system this is a new system to

be built in kokuvil office and sub office in Nallur. Nallur office data and financial states should be

shared it the main office in kokuvil and kokuvil has separate and nallur has separate network

system
