West Divisional Secretariat District Register Branch Local Area Network Project Proposal

 

Introduction

West Divisional Secretariat Assistant Registrar have to implement the local area network in the Branch of District Register, for this implementation they have contact with me and arranged the initial site visit during that I went directly to the unit. In their unit nearly ten computers are available to their use but all these computers a separated since not connected with any internal network. I have also evaluated that the use of print devices for each computer separately and they used the pen drive for data transfer in each computer. Internet connection also provided in the some of the computers only but also, they need internet connections for every computer, during the days they are facing difficulties to accessing internet in each computer. To overcome following problems, they plan to implement the network, for that they have arranged some discussion with the relevant body to get the fulfill idea of the network implementation based on the answer to the question. That discussion is helpful further implementation of the proper network. The scope of the network implementation is networking the computers here by dividing resources and reducing expenditures, which can be used only by ten computers using a printing machine.
